XENIA — Stephen and Marguerite “Peggy” Peterson celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 2.
The couple was married in 1957 in Dayton.
Stephen Peterson was a serviceman at Dayton Power & Light, while his wife was a secretary at the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office. They have three children: Bob and Laura Peterson of Oakwood, Steve and Mary Pat Peterson of West Chester and Debra and Bryan Mardis of Xenia. They have eight grandchildren: Bobby, Natalie, Melanie, Theresa, Kevin, Brian, Alex, and Brynna; and six great-granddaughters: Kaylee, Avery, Breclyn, Genevieve, Bianca, and Giselle.
The family held a small get-together to celebrate.
