PARRIS ISLAND, S.C. — Pfc. Joshua Wingard graduted from Marine Corps Recruit Training at Parris Island, S.C., Oct 6.
While at Parris Island, he received training in first aid, general military subjects, physical fitness, Marine Corps history, and weapons familirization. Wingard will report to the School of Infantry at Camp Geiger, N.C., before attending school for his military occupational specialty — military police.
Wingard is the son of Becky Wingard and graduated from Beavercreek High School.
