BEAVERCREEK — Beavercreek police are looking for a man who allegedly stole from the Wal-Mart on Pentagon Boulevard last week. According to police, the white man suspect struggled with store employees and allegedly struck one in the face before escaping the scene.

After breaking free from a Wal-Mart employee, the suspect reportedly entered a black Saturn Ion car and fled the scene. The incident reportedly occurred at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 30.

“The case has been assigned to the Investigations Division and is still pending,” Beavercreek Police Captain Scott Molnar wrote in an email. “A person of interest has been developed but no charges have been filed as of yet.”
