BEAVERCREEK — Exciting and fun programs for people of all ages are being planned at the Beavercreek Community Library, 3618 Dayton-Xenia Road. Some programs require registration call 937-352-4001.

Teen Advisory Group for grades 6-12, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1. Over snacks, the library staff will talk about books and programs and activities and plot to take over the world. Registration required.

Crazy 8s Math Club, 4:45-5:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 10, 17. Sign up for eight weeks of hands-on fun and games to get you fired up about math. Build stuff, make music, make messes, and learn. Registration required.

Energy Winter Prep Tips for adults, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3. Luka Papalko from the Ohio Public Utilities Commission helps consumers get ahead of the curve for winter. Patrons learn how to prepare for the cold and still save money. Registration required.

NaNoWriMo Write-in for ages 13-18, 4-5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4 and 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 and 3-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26. Join other NaNoWriMo-ers for a quiet hour of writing to get closer to the 50,000-word goal of finishing your book! Registration required.

Playtime Fun at the Library for six months with adult, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Nov. 4, 11, 18, 25. Registration required.

Saturday Stories for ages 3-6, 11-11:30 a.m. Nov. 5. Registration required.

Super Systems: Organizing for a Stress-free Life for adults, 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5. Lori Firsdon of Forte Organizers will teach you how to reduce your stress and organize your life. Registration required.

Bi-Weekly Readers for ages 4- 7 with adult, 1-2 p.m. Nov. 7, 21. Register and pick up a copy of the early reader and reading together. Read it at home and then join us to talk about the book and make a craft. Registration required.

Back in Time for ages 9-14, 4:45-5:45 p.m. Nov. 8. Join the library for a trip back to the time. It’s Viking time. Learn about their games and facts and things like that. Registration required.

Is that a Yak on Your Head for ages 3-6, 10:30-11:20 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 9. Join Mr. Tim for a story time and a craft sure to leave a yak on your head. We’ll read yak stories and make a yak. Registration required.

Super Smash Brothers Melee Tournament/Gaming and Pizza for grades 6-12, 12-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12. Games and pizza. Couple tournaments so invite your friends. Registration required.

Game Day for Teens & Tweens, 12-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26. Board games, card games, trivia games—time to get down and game old-school while snacking ourselves into a coma. Registration required.

Teen D.I.Y. Tuesdays—Gelatin Prints for grades 6-12, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29. Use a gelatin plate to create colorful and hip prints. Registration required.
