BEAVERCREEK — Dayton natives Zach Weprin, Josh Weprin and Stephan Harman will be opening the doors of Fusian Beavercreek on May 1 in a newly constructed space at The Mall at Fairfield Commons.

This, the brands third Dayton location and twelfth overall, will be located near the malls main entrance.

“We have a vision to build Fusian with Ohio roots stemming from Ohio values,” said co-founder and CEO, Zach Weprin. “Dayton is our home. Its the place we grew up, its the place where Fusian grew up, so when the opportunity arose to open a third Dayton location in Beavercreek, it was a no-brainer.”

Fusian historically has been known as a destination where diners can create customized sushi rolls with both traditional and modern ingredients, like raw tuna and roasted chicken. Although sushi is still a main staple, guests visiting the Beavercreek location will experience Fusian in a new way with the addition of Fusian Inspired Bowls. The new and improved menu can be viewed at www.Beavercreek.fusian.com.

In that same spirit of community building, the brand will be hosting a event called “Beavercreek Gives” from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, May 6. On this day, 100 percent of profits will benefit The Five Rivers MetroParks Foundations in their mission to protect the region’s natural heritage and provide outdoor experiences that inspire a personal connection with nature.

They are open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
