Soin officials learn hands-on nursing care

During Nurses Week this month several senior and network leadership team shadowed Soin Medical Center nurses for a few hours so they they could better appreciate what they do with patients every day. Chief Financial Officer Ron Connovich shadowed three Emergency Department nurses: Kelly, Danielle, and Nicole.

VP of Patient Care Erica Schneider kept up with Jordan, Lyndsey, and Beth, all serving in our Universal Care/Outpatient Surgery unit.

President Rick Dodds partnered with Katina who serves on our Med/Surg 3 team.

Kayla was shadowed by VP of Emergency & Trauma Services John Weimer. Kayla has been a nurse for over a year and been at Soin for almost three years.
