XENIA & FAIRBORN — Project Death Avoided with Naloxone (DAWN) training events will take place 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9.

The training event will help attendees recognize the signs of opiate overdose, performing emergency breathing and administering Nalaxone (also known as Narcan) which counteracts the effects of an overdose.

TCN Behavioral Health Services will host the event Dec. 9 in Fairborn at 600 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.

To participate age 18 and over may attend the training. Space is limited please reserve a place 937-376-8700. Project DAWN training and kits are free of charge to the public.
