XENIA — The Greene County Fish and Game Association recently held its annual member fish fry. Current association president Greg Beasley, on behalf of the entire board of directors and the membership, presented a plaque of appreciation to past president Bob Brown. Brown has been an active member and served the organization in many capacities over several decades.

The plague reads, in part; “Presented to Bob Brown, 2015 for decades of guidance and leadership as a member, Chairman, Director and President of the Greene County Fish & Game. We the membership thank you for your sacrifice and dedication.”

Brown said that he had enjoyed many years at the club. He thanked the membership and expressed his appreciation for all the people who work in various areas and at the club events. Brown continues to serve as the immediate past president and enjoys the shooting sports.
