FT. MEADE, Md. – Andrew T. Smith has been promoted to the rank of private first class in the US Army.
Smith is currently serving as Pharmacy Technician with US Army Medical Activity, Fort Huachuca, Ariz. He has served in the military for two years.
Smith is the son of Bernice L. Garrison and Donnie L. Smith of Dayton and the brother of Anthony M. Smith and Alexander R. Smith. He is a 2015 graduate of Carroll High School.
