BEAVERCREEK — The Beavercreek Women’s League (BWL) will provide a Candidates and Issues Forum 9 a.m. Oct. 3 at the Peace Lutheran Church, 3530 Dayton-Xenia Road.

All local candates and issues have been invited to speak. Ballot issues for Beavercreek, Beavercreek Township, and Greene County will also be present.

After formal remarks, there will be an opportunity for audience questions. Election Day is Nov. 8. The BWL has provided the candidates and issues forum as a community information resource for many decades. This is a great opportunity to personall hear candidates speak and learn about local ballot issues. Doors open at 8:30 a.m.

The Beavercreek Women’s League meets on the first Wednesday of the month from September through May at Peace Lutheran Church with a different program each month. The mission of the group is to expand member’s knowledge of their community and beyond, to promote community service and to provide socialization. Women of all ages and interests are welcome. Regular meetings begin at 9:30 a.m. for other months with a social hour following the business meeting. Visitors and guests are always welcome.
