City sets summer concert series

BEAVERCREEK — The City of Beavercreek Parks, Recreation & Culture announces the lineup of Summer Concerts for 2017.

The Sunday night concerts will take place at Dominick Lofino Park, 640 Grange Hall Road begin at 7 p.m. In case of rain the concert will be held in the park shelter.

The following concerts are planned:

– June 4, Rock It 88 – Classic oldies/Good time rock and roll

– June 11, Mad River Railroad -Newgrass music

– June 18, Different Hats – Swing dance and show band

– June 25, Red Idle Rejects – Americana and alternative country music

– July 9, Mosaic – Contemporary hits and classic oldies

– July 16, Sauerkraut German Band – German polkas and American big band

– July 23, Locking Up Otis – 60s and 70s classic rock trio

– July 30, “5” – Energetic acoustic covers
