BEAVERCREEK — The Mall at Fairfield Commons is adding a slew of new retailers and restaurants including Asian Too and Flyboys Deli.

These soon-to-open stores complement the recent opening of FUSIAN, Melt Bar and Grilled and Sbarro.

“The Mall at Fairfield Commons is proud to welcome more dynamic retailers,” said Kristie Miller, mall general manager. “To meet shopper demand, we continue to evolve to deliver the right combination of retailers, dining, entertainment and events to keep shoppers engaged and returning often.”

Asian Too — set to open mid-August — is a pan-Asian, fast casual concept serving cuisine from recipes that span the Asian continent. The menu includes appetizers, rice/noodle platters, entrees as well as fresh made sushi. The company currently has six other Asian Too restaurants, spanning from Boston to Texas.

Flyboys Deli has just begun construction on the 7,403 square-foot space located outside of the mall’s main entrance and is slated to open in October. This aviation-themed, New York style deli will offer a variety of different menu options including sandwiches, wraps, hot Paninis, pizza, soups, salads, a breakfast menu and a kid’s menu. Its Liberty Rueben sandwich has been ranked the No. 1 Sandwich in Dayton three years in a row.
