BEAVERCREEK — Project Partners Confluent Development and Harbor Retirement Associates announce that construction is set to begin on HarborChase of Beavercreek, a 122,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community.

Scheduled to officially open its doors in the summer of 2018, the luxury retirement community will serve the needs of seniors and families in and around the Beavercreek and Dayton area with 64 assisted living and 46 memory care apartments.

HarborChase of Beavercreek will be managed by HRA, a regional senior living development and management company based in Vero Beach, Fla.

“We’re excited to bring our distinctive brand of senior living to Beavercreek,” said Tim Smick, CEO of Harbor Retirement Associates. “This community will be an excellent addition to our ever-growing roster of diverse, luxurious and innovative retirement communities. HarborChase of Beavercreek will provide meaningful jobs for many local residents, and we look forward to serving the families and older adults of the Beavercreek and Dayton area for decades to come.”

HarborChase of Beavercreek will be Confluent’s eleventh senior housing development in the U.S. and second partnership with HRA. The project team’s previous collaboration, HarborChase of Wildwood in Wildwood, Fla., is planned for opening in late 2017.

“Confluent Development is honored to help support the need for quality senior living in the area,” said Marshall Burton, Confluent Development president and CEO. “HarborChase of Beavercreek will offer first-class amenities and resort-style living to Dayton residents. We are thrilled to continue growing our already strong relationship with Harbor Retirement Associates.”

HRA is committed to anticipating the needs of a new generation of seniors, with a focus on innovation in all community designs. HarborChase of Beavercreek will feature the exclusive Chef’s Fare Dining Program with award-winning, chef-prepared seasonal cuisine and customized dining experiences in multiple venues.

“We believe that Beavercreek residents are looking for a modern and innovative interpretation of assisted living and memory care,” said Charlie Jennings, chief development officer of Harbor Retirement Associates. “HRA offers a lifestyle and amenities that are above and beyond current standards, and we’re excited to share them with the entire Beavercreek and Dayton area. Our residents are going to joyfully discover a new home where they want to live, rather than somewhere they have to go.”

Located at 4175 Indian Ripple Road in Beavercreek, the project is situated on a seven-acre property, including 3.6 acres of open space. HarborChase of Beavercreek is minutes away from one of Dayton’s largest shopping malls, The Greene Town Center. The community will feature 24-hour staff, full-service dining, a barber and beauty salon, library, fitness and wellness center, game room, walking path and gardens, scheduled transportation daily, housekeeping service, concierge services and multiple recreational rooms and programs.
