BEAVERCREEK — The City of Beavercreek Veterans Day Ceremony will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Veterans Memorial Park, 1911 N. Fairfield Road. The ceremony will honor and say thank you to all those many Americans who have served in the armed forces and those men and women currently defending our freedoms and the ideals of our country.

Colonel John M. Devillier, 88th Air Base Wing and Installation Commander, Wright Patterson Air Force Base is the guest speaker. Under his command, the wing provides support and services to one of the largest, most diverse and most organizationally complex bases in the Air Force and employs more than 27,000 Air Force military, civilian and contractor employees.

The public is invited to attend the community’s observance of Veterans Day. Parking is available on Fairwood Drive and at the Church of the Nazarene. Limited bleacher seating is available; lawn chairs are welcome.
