GREENE COUNTY — The Day of Caring will host its annual pancake brunch to help the homeless and hungry in the community Sunday, Feb. 28. More than 37 sites will participate in the event, with three of the sites being in Greene County: Beavercreek Senior Center, Queen of Apostles Community and Xenia Adult Recreation and Services Center.

Bob Evans Pancakes and sausage will be served along with coffee and juice.

The Beavercreek Senior Center will serve their pancake brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 3868 Dayton Xenia Road in Beavercreek.

Queen of Apostles Community is located at 4400 Shakertown Road in Beavercreek will host their brunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Xenia Adult Recreation and Services Center will open its doors at 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. to serve their brunch at 130 E. Church St. in Xenia.

Tickets are available at the door $6 for adults and $4 for seniors and Children under 12. All the ticket sales go directly to the needy. This year marks the 26th year for the Day of Caring.
