The Xenia Scouts, out of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League, recently played a baseball game with the Eastwood Iron Horses, out of the 1860s, on a soggy Saturday at the Athletes In Action Sports Complex. There were plenty of laughs, no gloves, lots of under-handed pitches and tons of runs scored, as the Scouts earned a fun-filled 14-4 exhibition win on Grady’s Field.
