BEAVERCREEK — Krysten Lindsay Hager of Beavercreek was one of the authors appearing at the Ohioana Book Festival on April 8 in Columbus at the Sheraton Hotel.

Readers attend the event for free and meet Ohio authors, purchase books and get them signed, and attend different writing panels. There were book panels for every age.

Hager was in the teen room speaking on a panel with three other authors about the writing and publishing process.

The festival is held each spring with approximately 100 authors and has around 3,000 attendees.

Hager is the author of the young adult Star Series, the new teen novel, Dating the It Guy as well as the middle grade series, The Landry’s True Colors Series. She is the winner of the Readers’ Favorite award for best preteen novel.
