DAYTON — Premier Health announced it will open a Premier Health Urgent Care in Beavercreek and Centerville. The latest sites are part of a market-wide rollout, which began in early 2018 and is expected to continue through the end of the year.

The Premier Health Urgent Care in Beavercreek will be located at 2400 N. Fairfield Road in a new retail development being constructed in front of the Target shopping center. The Premier Health Urgent Care in Centerville will be located at 6071 Far Hills Ave. in a shopping center anchored by Dorothy Lane Market.

Exact dates of each site’s opening is yet to be set, but Premier Health officials anticipate holding open houses for the community this fall.

Premier Health has opened seven urgent care locations over the past six months. Urgent cares are located in Englewood, Huber Heights, Mason, Miamisburg, Springboro, Troy and Vandalia. Each location has met or exceeded the health care group’s expectations for the amount of patients who are seen on a daily basis.

“Premier Health Urgent Care locations were designed to fill an unmet need for non-emergent health care issues that arise outside of the regular hours of a patient’s primary care office,” said Michael Maiberger, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Premier Health. “The response we have received from the neighborhoods in which we operate have exceeded our original expectations confirming this is a service our community needs.”

Premier Health Urgent Care locations are open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. Each urgent care is staffed by local advanced practice providers, which are physician assistants and nurse practitioners who work under the supervision of a physician.
