CLAYTON — The Beavercreek girls cross country team was second at the Greater Western Ohio Conference meet at Northmont on Oct. 14 while the boys were third.

Centerville’s girls won the championship with 43 points. Beavercreek was second with 56, and Springboro was third with 56. Springboro (44) won the boys championship, followed by Centerville (50), and Beavercreek 70.

Emily Woodard was second overall in 19:16.40 (as posted by FinishTiming on milesplit.com), followed by Mallory Abraham (10th in 20:24.30), Alex Magoteaux (11th in 20:28.30), Aubrey May (15th in 20:51.90), Carolyn Johnson (18th in 21:01.30), Julia Stubbs (19th in 21:10.60), and Elise Abraham (39th in 23:04.90).

Jackson Davis was Beavercreek’s top boys finisher, running fifth in 16:14.50. Dallin Przybyla was 10th in 16:37.50, Aiden Allen 16th in 16:53.50, Dudley Bravard 18th in 17:01.50, Brody Graley 21st in 17:04.00, Iain Tuinstra 24th in 17:21.30, and Nicholas Suchy 26th in 17:29.20.

Woodard was first team all-GWOC, while Mallory Abraham and Magoteaux were second team.

Davis was first team all-GWOC, while Przybyla was second team.

The district meet is today in Cedarville.
