BEAVERCREEK — Beavercreek had a champion and three second-place finishers and was third overall at the Greater Western Ohio Conference wrestling meet last weekend.

Centerville was the champion with 199.5 points, followed by Springboro 155.5, Beavercreek 120.5, Northmont 102.5, Miamisburg 93.5, Wayne 89.5, Fairmont 63, and Springfield 10.

Hayden Randolph was first at 152 pounds. He had a 5-3 decision in the finals and 18-7 and 14-4 major decisions in his other matches. Hunter Martin was second at 138 with a 6-5 loss in the finals, following a fall in 1:07 and a 10-7 decision in other matches. Austin Papalios was second at 170, losing by 14-6 major decision in the finals. He also had falls in 5:09 and 2:20. Tyler Hicks was second at 182, losing by 13-5 major decision in the finals. He also had falls in 17 seconds and 1:40.

Logan Besecker was third at 113, recording a fall in 4:46. He also had a 20-5 technical fall in the consolations. Bryson Clingner was third at 120, notching a 9-1 major decision for third. He had a fall in 1:23 in his first match and then had a bye in the consolations.

CJ Crawford was fourth at 195, losing by fall in 2:34 in the third-place match. He had a fall in 1:35 in the consolation semis. Colin Barhorst was fourth at 220, losing by fall in 2:03 in the third-place match. He won by fall in 47 seconds in his first-round match and a fall in 2:08 in the consolation semis.
